Train in groups with exercises tailored around you and the level of challenge that you require. If you require special attention around an injury or a medical condition, make sure you let us know before the lesson so that we can plan your routine accordingly.
Every lesson has its own workout goal. Work on your strength with ‘Stronger than all’ or test your condition with ‘Fast n Loose HIIT’

Small group personal training; We will train in a smaller group of people, minimum 2 and maximum 4 participants. The lesson can be tailored to the wishes and goals of the participants with an extra touch of guidance and care. On request we can also offer body measurements and nutrition guidelines as an extra. Convenient and effective.

Fast n Loose HIIT

Quick and light! A lighter workout, predominantly using your own body-weight, with quick and varied exercise selection. Pick this lesson to increase your athletic conditioning and coordination. Expect a heavy heart-rate.

Stronger Than All

During this particular workout we are going to make use of more consistent weights and apply principles of strength training as well as part of olympic lifting routines. A lesson perfect for becoming stronger and put on some muscle but also for learning how to move in a safe and fucntional way. The workout is, compared to others, more static and requiresmore muscular effort. Of course, everyone can join. The weights you will use are tailored to your ability and what you can and cannot do.

Train with kettlebells, truck tyres, weights, beer kegs and battle ropes. THE Bootcamp experience, a combination between HIIT and strength-training. The work-to-rest ratio is moderate to high and exercises change frequently. An ideal workout to improve your condition and become stronger!

Choose any kind of clothes in which you can move freely and comfortably. It is possible that we will train on wet grass. An all-terrain pair of shoes will work best. As an extra tip, wear multiple layers of breathable materials. If it gets really cold you might want to wear a light pair of gloves.

Bring your motivation and a bottle of water. Hydration is pretty important during sport exercising. Your personal belongings such as keys or telephone can be kept in the trainer’s bag.

Make sure that you have eaten something. A regular meal such as you normally would is enough. Keep the timing of the meal in mind. Training on a full belly is not great but neither is on an empty stomach.

A meal and some hydration are a good idea. Your body needs the energy to recover and repair. You fluids and minerals will also be depleted through sweating. Consuming a source of protein will make sure that you nourish your muscles after a workout.
